Al-Ameed University participated in the activities of the Sixth International Scientific Conference of alameed, which was organized by alameed’s Scientific and Intellectual Association in cooperation with the Universities of Al-Ameed and Al-Kafeel under the title (Fields of knowledge in confronting non-objective media – prevention and challenges –), for the period from (10-11/November/2022 AD) corresponding to (15-16 / Rabi Al-Thani / 1444 AH), with wide local Arab and foreign participation
The activities of the conference began in the hall of Imam Hassan Mujtaba (peace be upon him) at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, and opened with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, then listening to the Iraqi national anthem and the chant of the al-Abbas's holy shrine
The conference witnesses wide participation from inside and outside Iraq, such as Canada, Sweden, India, Sudan, Morocco, Lebanon, and Syria, as well as Iraq's participation in its universities and educational institutions, including: Al-Qadisiyah University, Maysan University, Al-Muthanna University, Tikrit University, Dhi Qar University, Middle Euphrates Technical University, Imam Al-Kadhim College (peace be upon him), Muthanna Education Directorate, Babylon Education Directorate, Holy Karbala Education Directorate, Open Educational College, Dhi Qar Education Directorate, Basra Education Directorate, Karkh Education Directorate, and the Shiite Endowment Diwan
